Choir Marks One Year on YouTube-5 Million ViewsTake a bow Mormon Tabernacle Choir! The Choir's YouTube channel is celebrating its one-year anniversary. Since its spectacular launch Tuesday, October 30, 2012, in the Little Theater of the Conference Center, the channel has logged 5 million views. And that number is accelerating at a rapid clip and we're counting.
Viewers are drawn to the channel for broadcasts of Music and the Spoken Word, for popular uploads of guest artists like Alfie Boe singing "Bring Him Home" and David Archuleta performing "Silent Night," for the Choir's spectacular recording of "Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing," and other recent Choir videos-to name just a few of the highlights. Content changes continually.
The channel marked its first million in views on YouTube in less than three months. Subscribers to www.youtube.com/MormonTabChoir by country reach from the United States at number 1, to Brazil, the Philippines, Russia, Malaysia, and other nations across the world.

One internet retailer placed the album on sale, and the discount pricing generated enough sales to prompt the album’s chart moves.The album also debuts at No. 25 on the Top Internet Albums chart and moves up 10-9 on the Christian Catalog Albums chart.

The latest issue of the magazine includes many year-end lists. The Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square showed up on five of them, and twice on an albums list:
