Your only way to get VIP passes to see David's showcase in Singapore!

As you are probably aware by now, David Archuleta will be performing in a private showcase at Zouk this Sunday.

We do sympathize those little Archies who cannot afford to get a brand new phone that comes with a pair of access passes to the event. So when we were given a pair of VIP passes from a close friend, we thought we should start the giving season early by giving away the much sought-after passes to a REAL fan! Isn’t this the perfect Christmas gift for you, little Archies? Ho Ho Ho

And these are what we define a REAL fan as:

1. Someone who likes is obsessed with Spin or Bin Music
2. Someone who can sing David Archie’s songs at all occasions
3. Someone who would do anything just to see David Archie in person

If you think you qualify, read on for the contest mechanics!

1. ‘Like’ Spin or Bin Music on Facebook and follow us on Twitter.

2. Gather as much friends/ strangers/ pets as possible in an elevator.

3. Take a video of yourself singing the chorus of David Archie’s latest single Elevator while you are in the elevator (what else?!).

4. Video must be at least 15 seconds long.

5. Upload the video on our spanking new Facebook page.

Contest closes at 12:00 noon (SGT) on Saturday November 13,2010. Strictly one entry per person. The Facebook video with the most number of people captured on the video wins the pair of VIP passes. In the event of a tie, winning video will be determined based on its creativity. Winner to collect the passes personally from us.

Okay David Archie fans… Here’s the deal. On Saturday last week, we made you guys a little soggy in the pantal region with the announcement of David Archuleta showcase in Singapore – and boy, haven’t you responded mightily to this one…

We feel kind of guilty to leave you high and dry with no details except for the date of the showcase. So we got dressed hurriedly in our Halloween costumes and went trick or treating at Sony Music Singapore office. Of course, we got rewarded for our efforts as the lovely folks from Sony Music ‘treated’ us with some sweet juicy information on the showcase.

So… Here is the coveted information!

Showcase Details:

Date: 14th November 2010, Sunday
Time: 6.00pm
Venue: Zouk at 17 Jiak Kim Street

Note: Club rules apply. Fans will have to purchase the new N8 phone to be eligible for attendance to this closed-door event.

Sony Music Singapore will be holding a David Archuleta autograph session in conjunction with the release of his sophomore album The Other Side of Down.

Autograph Session Details:

Date: 15th November 2010, Monday
Time: 7.00pm – 8.30pm
Venue: Bugis Junction – Bugis Square, Level 1

Fans will have to purchase a copy of David Archuleta’s The Other Side of Down, manufactured by Sony Music Singapore, to stand a chance to have it autographed by David Archuleta. No parallel imports will be entertained. He will be signing autographs for strictly an hour and a half from 7pm to 8.30pm, limiting to one copy per fan. Any other items other than David Archuleta’s The Other Side of Down will not be eligible for autograph.

No tickets will be sold for this event.
