Sony Music Malaysia posts 'Glad Christmas Tidings'!
David Archuleta joins the Mormon Tabernacle Choir in new album,Sony Music Malaysia

Pop music sensation David Archuleta with The Mormon Tabernacle Choir releases a holiday album – Glad Christmas Tidings. The 12-track album includes live recordings from the Choir’s 2010 Christmas concert from Temple Square, a musical spectacle that was seen by more than 80,000 concertgoers last year. The collaboration was a dream come true for Archuleta, who was raised listening to the choir from a very young age.
Arhuleta is the youngest performer ever to headline the holiday concert. He joins a long list of award-winning performers to take the stage with the Choir at Christmas, such as Natalie Cole, Angela Lansbury, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Audra McDonald and Bryn Terfel. The Choir’s annual Christmas concerts have become the preeminent U.S. Christmas musical event, bringing world-renowned guest artists together with the 360-voice choir.
In this live recording, Archuleta celebrates his Latino heritage in “Los pastores a belen,” a favourite Spanish carol about the Bethlehem shepherds. The album also includes a bonus track, in which famed actor Michael York recounts the story of John Parry, an early director of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.

Arrival Details & Autograph Session info from Sony Music Malaysia
We are pleased to announce that David Archuleta will be touching down on KLIA on Monday, 25th of July at 12.50pm via Vietnam Airlines flight 757 from Ho Chi Minh. David will also be making an appearance at Fahrenheit 88 on Monday, 25th of July 2011 at 8pm onwards for an autograph session with fans!
David will only be signing the concert tickets bought during the autograph session. For those who have not bought the concert tickets yet, you can buy the tickets during the event and get it signed personally by David.
David will be back in Kuala Lumpur for a full concert, organized by Sony Music Entertainment Malaysia, on Tuesday, 26th of July 2011, 8pm at Stadium Negara! The opening act will be our very own local singer, Hao Ren.
Ticket pricing is at RM300 for VIP, RM230 and RM190 for numbered seating, and RM150 and RM90 for free seating (All prices shown excludes RM3 ticket handling fees). Tickets are also made available through Ticket Charge (www.ticketcharge.com.my) and AirAsia RedTix outlets (www.AirAsiaRedTix.com).
Limited & special VVIP tickets are also available for sale. These VVIP tickets not only entitles you to the best seats in the house but also comes with a T-Shirt, an autographed photo, a poster and the Asian Tour Edition of “The Other Side of Down” album PLUS a special invite to a Sound Check Party with David!
