Crush Kids' Cancer: David Archuleta's Angels 2014 Summer Fundraising Challenge

In the past, Stand Up 2 Cancer would a 2-week long summer fundraising challenge right before their televised broadcast. This year, although SU2C will be doing their broadcast on September 5, 2014, they are not hosting a fundraising challenge like years past.

So, I thought, just because SU2C isn't doing a challenge, that doesn't mean Crush Kids' Cancer can't!

Starting today, August 22, until Stand Up 2 Cancer's broadcast on September 5, Crush Kids' Cancer: David Archuleta's Angels will be doing our own fundraising challenge! Our goal is to raise as much money as we can for Crush Kids' Cancer within these two weeks!

We want to see those numbers going up over the next 2 weeks, so please donate! No amount is too small and all of the proceeds go to Stand Up 2 Cancer to help find a cure! Greetings Fellow Archies and Cancer Warriors! It’s that time again when SU2C has asked us to STAND UP and fight by raising as much funds as we can by AUGUST 29 (less than 2 weeks!). The top fundraising team will receive on-screen recognition (possibly a tribute) on the live broadcast the following week.

With our esteemed honoree abroad for the next 2 years, this will be our toughest challenge yet. Unfortunately, there are quite a few of our team members who are either battling this disease themselves or fighting the battle alongside a loved one right now because cancer doesn’t wait until it’s convenient to wage its war.

So, with or without David to guide us, it’s time to don the boxing gloves. That’s ok, though, because we Don’t Give Up and we will not be Broken! So let’s show cancer and show the world our True Colors and let the fundraising BEGIN.

We are looking for people submit videos simply saying 'CRUSH KIDS CANCER' or take a picture of you holding up a sign saying it. Stand Up 2 Cancer fundraising challenge BEGINs today!

Hi everyone! I'd like to let you all know that Crush Kids' Cancer and The Kids' Chapter will be participating in Stand Up 2 Cancer's latest fundraising challenge!

As some of you may know, Stand Up 2 Cancer will be having one of their nationwide broadcasts again this year on September 7, and the team that raises the most will be acknowledged during the broadcast!

The challenge starts today, August 16, and ends on August 29.

Be sure to get your donations in to Crush Kids' Cancer and BEGIN. fundraising!
(only donations received today until August 29 count for the challenge; any received before or after do not count.)

David shares a thought

Had a thought in my head that I wanted to share with you all while in the Philippines filming Nandito Ako about my future while I am gone on my mission.

In David's new vlog he challenged us to take 15-20 to ponder and think, without any distractions. Turn the phone and computer off and no music, just think about things. Afterward, write anything down that's on your mind after thinking.
